The attached paperwork should only be completed by those who have received an offer from Human Resources at Southeast Georgia Health System.

Does your position require a current BCLS card? All RN, LPN, CNA, Respiratory Therapist, Radiology Tech, Patient Care Assistant, Medical Support Assistant, and any position that includes patient contact requires a current BCLS card. Your recruiter can confirm if this is a requirement for your position.
If your position requires a BCLS card and if:
1) Your card has expired
2)Your card expires within 60 days
3)You do not have a BCLS card
Then you must complete the online portion of training BEFORE your team member health appointment. Please view BCLS instructions to continue. At the end of the online portion you will receive a certificate which you must submit to Human Resources when you report for your team member health appointment.
