We are no longer requiring the separate transfer notification form for our internal candidates.
Go through search jobs and apply. Be sure to answer the question “Where did you see this opportunity?” by marking “Internal candidate.”
If selected for an interview, it is your responsibility to let your current manager know that you have an interview scheduled and it is your intent to transfer if selected.
Let’s Begin a Strong New Relationship.
Now that you’ve learned something about us, we’d like to know about you. This is your chance to tell us what you’d like to accomplish in the short and long term. Show us the kind of impact you’d like to have on your field and in your local community. Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialist
I’m a native Georgian who changed my major EVERY semester while studying at the University of West Georgia. Prior to joining the team at Southeast Georgia Health System, I worked in various HR and recruiting roles in the Atlanta, Bloomington, IN, and Jacksonville, FL areas; however, I found that the Golden Isles is where I wanted to put down roots.
When I’m not on the phone chatting up nurses, you can find me at Walt Disney World (I’m an AP Holder!), reading a good book at the beach, cheering the Georgia Bulldogs on toward that elusive national championship, or hanging out with the three coolest nieces on the planet. If you’re looking to enjoy a rewarding career while living on the coast, contact me today. I would love to help you find your forever home!
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I’ve been a part of the Health System since September 2011. I began my career as a medical office assistant for Summit Sports Medicine and was lucky enough to receive the opportunity to intern in Human Resources. Prior to recruiting, I’ve held positions as human resources assistant and education liaison. Each of these roles has led to my career in talent acquisition. I’m thankful for the opportunities I’ve had to serve the Health System in a variety of roles and for the unique perspective it has given me in attracting the best people to serve our patients. The Health System also provided me with the flexibility to work full time while I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Coastal Georgia. I’m responsible for the recruitment of all positions in the following locations (excluding providers):
Southeast Georgia Physician Associates
Senior Care Center – Brunswick
Senior Care Center – St. Marys
When I’m not searching for new talent, you can find me on the beach, reading a good book, or enjoying time with my two nieces. If you’re looking to begin or continue your career at a place that truly values their employees and patients, contact me!
I have enjoyed ten years of successful recruitment experience placing both physicians and physician extenders. I earned my bachelor’s degree in marketing from Valdosta State University. Prior to joining the Health System in 2008, I worked at Summit Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Surgery and MRI & Imaging. Since 2009, I have worked to bring over 100 new providers to the Southeast Georgia community. In addition to recruiting activities, I am responsible for developing relationships with residency programs in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
I am vice president of the Georgia Society of Physician Services & Recruiters, development committee member of the Southeast Chapter of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters, and a diplomat of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. I take pride in not only placing physicians and physician extenders into our community but their families as well; it is so important that every member of the family feels our community is home. I look forward to continuing the same level of integrity and success that have been hallmarks in my recruitment practices and look forward to welcoming you to our Health System family!
