Program
Gain patient exposure, skills, and the confidence to comfortably function as a beginning practitioner, while working with experienced professionals in our 12-month Nurse Residency Program. The first 12 weeks include rotations through different nursing units and Educational Foundations courses. Once your rotations are completed, you will be partnered with a permanent preceptor in a nursing unit based on your shift and unit preferences, as well as position availability on specific units.
